We wish to use this medium to sincerely apologise to Nigerians who paid for Zzapo mobile phones and accessories online and at the company’s Ikeja office but did not receive it.
The products were supposed to be delivered within 21days of payment but due to reasons best known to the Zzapo Company they failed to deliver.
We as an advertising agency have no link or say in the running of Zzapo mobile; we delivered our advertising services in the most professional manner by harnessing our expertise and experience over the years in the industry.
We have reached out to paystack the payment processor and implored them to refund monies back to customers since the company failed to deliver the products. The refund process has been ongoing since the first week of January 2020.
We will like to also emphasize that in the process of delivering the marketing campaign for Zzapo, we sort the services of some celebrities, media houses, and various online platforms to ensure we give the brand maximum exposure.
The celebrities, media houses and online platforms we used to advertise the products online are @brodashaggi and @Jackyemadu.
The Radio Stations we used are: Inspirationfm, Wfm, and Unilagfm.
The Prints Media houses are: The Punch, Vanguard, The Sun, Guardian, The Nation, Leadership, and This Day newspapers etc.
The blogs are: Lindaikeji blog, Bellanaija, Misstechy, Naijatechguide, Ogbonge blog, Megamall.ng etc.
On this note, we want to exonerate these celebrities, media houses and online platforms as they are in no way responsible for the failure of the company to deliver on their promises. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused them and their fans.
We appreciate your understanding as we work through these issues.
