Since coronavirus has reduced chances of meeting new customers\/clients face to face, it is the right time to try reaching your lesser targeted new customers\/clients online wherever they are!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because more people are at home and always with their devices, it is a good reason to reach your prospective customers\/clients online.<\/p>\n

I am sure you need more customers\/clients even in this trying time?<\/p>\n

What if I can help you to double or triple your sales in 2020?<\/p>\n

Today my friend, you\u2019re tuned into 98.9 optimistic FM.<\/p>\n

And look, yes, there is no denying we\u2019re living in some pretty uncertain times.<\/p>\n

And for the record, I\u2019m very optimistic and would much rather search for opportunities, than stare at problems.<\/p>\n

Just like what\u00a0Sam Walton<\/strong>\u00a0(founder of Walmart the third-largest retailer in the US) had to say when asked how he has thrived during an economic contraction.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve thought about it, but I have chosen not to participate.\u201d<\/p>\n

And I too, have chosen not to participate\u2026<\/p>\n

So let\u2019s get down to some brass tacks of how you can thrive during this time.<\/p>\n

Now, so you understand where this is coming from, I\u2019m in a very unique position because I have a rare vantage point of working with thousands of clients, in hundreds of industries.<\/p>\n

And I get to see the inner workings of so many businesses\u2026<\/p>\n

Right now, I can see some of our clients are taking off like a rocket ship\u2026<\/p>\n

While others are struggling during this contraction.<\/p>\n

And it all boils down to what is referred to in the VC community as…<\/p>\n

You\u2019re either selling candy, vitamins or painkillers.<\/p>\n

Candy<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a nice-to-have that people enjoy but doesn\u2019t solve a burning problem.<\/p>\n

Vitamins<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 They generally have a positive impact over time, but they\u2019re not \u201curgently needed\u201d.<\/p>\n

Even though they might be good for you…<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t take any vitamins this week, this month or even this year, you may not notice any real downside.<\/p>\n

Pain-killers<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 offer an immediate solution to a critically important and pressing problem that needs to be alleviated pronto!<\/p>\n

I.e. feel pain \u2192 take a painkiller.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s in times like these that you don\u2019t want to position your offer as anything other than a painkiller.<\/p>\n

Think about it this way, if you\u2019re feeling crippling physical pain, you tend to focus on finding a painkiller solution immediately.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re not going to waste much time doing a lot of research or price shopping.<\/p>\n

You just want a solution to your urgent problem.<\/p>\n

And as the economy contracts…<\/p>\n

The opportunity lies in converting your vitamin offer into a painkilling solution.<\/p>\n

And what I\u2019ve learned from working with so many businesses, is a vitamin offer can be turned into a painkiller solution.<\/p>\n

Your product or service may be a part vitamin, part painkiller, and part candy at the same time,<\/p>\n

Depending on who is using it and when.<\/p>\n

So what you need to do is think about how you\u2019re positioning your offer.<\/p>\n

That is, how you\u2019re positioning your product or service.<\/p>\n

I.e. you might be in the property investment space.<\/p>\n

Traditionally you might be positioning your offer as a vehicle to build long-term wealth.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s a vitamin offer.<\/p>\n

And you can sell vitamins when the economy is all fine and dandy.<\/p>\n

However, when people are uncertain – that just won\u2019t cut the mustard.<\/p>\n

As it\u2019s not solving an immediate problem.<\/p>\n

So let\u2019s take a look at how we could use this economic climate to reposition your business.<\/p>\n

Well, as a part of this economic \u2018hiccup\u2019 the banks have slashed interest rates.<\/p>\n

Money is cheaper than ever.<\/p>\n

This opens up the market to create a painkilling offer.<\/p>\n

You can bring all those people that have been sitting on the sidelines into the game.<\/p>\n

Because they thought they had missed the property boom.<\/p>\n

The ship had sailed.<\/p>\n

And that things were no longer affordable.<\/p>\n

But now you can position your offer as creating a new, unique and never seen or heard of the opportunity.<\/p>\n

Pulling those buyers into the market.<\/p>\n

These are people who would have never taken action previously.<\/p>\n

Your offer repositioned like this provides your market with an immediate solution to a pressing and unique opportunity.<\/p>\n

Do you see how this is completely different?<\/p>\n

How powerful this can be?<\/p>\n

I hope so.<\/p>\n

Another example is a client in the meal delivery service, their sales quadrupled.<\/p>\n

Because their offer went from being a vitamin i.e. convenient, not needing to cook and clean.<\/p>\n

To becoming a painkiller, as people started panic buying all the food in supermarkets.<\/p>\n

The lesson here.<\/p>\n

Think about how you can position your offer to solve an immediate solution to a pressing problem.<\/p>\n

Or enabling a unique opportunity created by this contraction.<\/p>\n

But just know this…<\/p>\n

When consumers and businesses get back to their normal routines, we\u2019re going to see a V-shaped rebound driven by pent-up consumer demand.<\/p>\n

And the companies that will be positioned to take advantage of this will be the ones who didn\u2019t stop moving and shaking.<\/p>\n

My advice.<\/p>\n

Get on the offensive and use this opportunity to advance your company.<\/p>\n

Invest in yourself.<\/p>\n

Invest in your business.<\/p>\n

Advance when others are retreating\u2026<\/p>\n
